About this policy
Memory Arcade is an iPhone game made by Hyperstatic LLC. This policy explains how the app, its support service and these web pages handle information.
What stays on your iPhone
The app saves your game records, recent results, Daily history and preferences locally on your device. Gameplay does not send this information to Hyperstatic or to a game server. The Daily’s shared patterns are generated on your iPhone without downloading player data.
Memory Arcade does not offer account-based sync. Apple’s device backup and restore features may include the app’s local data, depending on your iPhone settings. Those features are governed by Apple’s policies.
When you choose to share
If you tap Share result, the app prepares a text summary of your Daily score and opens the iPhone share sheet. You choose where to send it. The app or service you choose handles that shared text under its own privacy policy.
If you contact support
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you send. We use that information to respond and troubleshoot your request. Please include only information relevant to the problem. You can ask us to delete your support correspondence by contacting support@hyperstatic.io.
These web pages
Our website is hosted through Cloudflare. Serving and protecting a website involves processing standard request information, such as IP address, browser details and requested URLs. These Memory Arcade pages do not include advertising, analytics scripts or forms. Website infrastructure and email handling are separate from the offline game.
Your choices
You can change sound, haptics, glow, colors and motion in the app’s Settings. Deleting the app removes its local data from your iPhone; information in existing device backups may remain until you manage those backups through Apple’s settings. Hyperstatic cannot recover game records it has never received.
Children and personal information
The app does not ask players of any age for personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through support, contact us so we can address the request.
Policy changes
We will update this page and its effective date if our practices change. Any future feature that changes how the app handles data will be described here.
