Burn List is a personal productivity tool. You remain responsible for what goes on the list—and what gets done.
Agreement
These Terms of Use apply to your use of Burn List, provided by Hyperstatic LLC. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple’s Standard EULA, Apple’s terms control.
Using Burn List
You may use Burn List for lawful, personal productivity purposes. You are responsible for the task content you enter and for maintaining access to your device.
Burn List’s reminders are an organizational aid. They are not guaranteed to arrive at a particular time and should not be used for emergencies, medication, safety-critical duties, or any situation where a delayed or missed notification could cause harm.
Your content and device data
You retain responsibility for task titles you create. Burn List stores its list and settings locally on your iPhone and does not provide account recovery or cloud synchronization. Removing the app may remove that local data. See the privacy policy for details.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, or discontinue features of Burn List. We may also update these terms when the app or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
No warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Burn List is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We do not warrant that the app or its notifications will always be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyperstatic LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Burn List. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
